I know there are a lot of people who really hate Mike Tyson and could really care less, but for whatever reason I'm still a fan of him. It all started with the Nintendo game "Mike Tyson's Punchout!", when he was known as Kid Dynamite, knocking out guys in his old school black trunks, black boots combo. Anyways, for those who care, he's fighting boxer Danny Williams this Friday and it will be televised on Showtime Pay-per-view. Williams isn't much of a boxer, and has even admitted that he sometimes gets so uptight before fights that he breaks down and cries. In fact, Williams in probably a step down from the last guy Tyson fought, Clifford Etienne, 17 months ago. It's sad to see how much of a train wreck Tyson's career has been since he first broke out on the scene in the mid-late '80s. This fight won't mean much at all, but it's still an interesting one to me, because we all know that Tyson is nearing the end of his career. So with that, is anyone going to be watching the fight? |

Hell yea i'll be watching the fight. I'm still a fan of Tyson. He is he man. It's good to see him fight again. I'm not going to watch it on PPV though because they always repeat it the week after on showtime so why waste money. Anyways, tell me how it turns out! He'll probably knock him out in seconds. |

Nice! I'm not going to be able to get it on PPV where I live, but I'm probably going to go watch it at a bar or something. |

I'm still in disbelief over what I've heard on ESPN, and I'm going to have to download this fight somewhere, because I just can't believe he actually lost to this guy. Tonight was a sad night for Tyson fans. I'm still in shock that he actually lost to Danny Williams. He was supposed to be a worse boxer than Clifford Etinene, the last guy Tyson fought and took out in 48 seconds. I don't know what Tyson's going to do after this, but damn...I sure hope he's still got some more matches left in him. Those of us who grew up in the 80's and 90's know just how much of a badass Tyson was, and (at least for me) it's always sad to see an athelte of Tyson's magnitude go out on a bad note. |

Tyson had Williams in the first 3 rounds but later on old school Mike got so tired he couldn't take it anymore. |

Yeah, but I also heard that he busted his knee up bad in the first round, so I bet that also had something to do with the loss. |

I just heard about that. So that explains it. He probably lost because of his bad knees. Well I hope that was the reason at least. |
