Hi
Here's one that has been glowering at me from the SoD since around 2013.
I got it to the painted and decalled stage then lost impetus - I blame the meds of the time. Said impetus is back, so finishing it seemed the decent thing to do.
Built pretty much OOB with just a Master pitot and some belts from Eduard.
Builds beautifully with not much call for filler. Painted with Xracolor ADC Grey (gray?). Decals behaved perfectly. Beware the nose leg - that has to be the most delicate wheel yoke I have ever seen in 1/72. No nos eweight is needed but plenty of patience is when it comes to painting and mounting all those missiles, their launchers and the bay doors.
As these aircraft were pretty well maintained I have tried to keep the weathering effects to a minimum but needed to do something to bring some "life" into that expanse of grey, gorgeous though I think that colour is! So a light spray of Tamiya Smoke was applied to the fuselage follwed by a gentle pin wash of MIG Neutral Wash into panel lines around what I imagine to be high work areas - hope it's worked. I also used the MIG wash on the green internal areas.

Anyway, enough cackle, here she is - hope you like; comments and critique welcome as always.

Very nice. The 'stealth' weapons carriage must have been fun to put together.

Thanks for the comments guys - much appreciated.
@Grant - yes, fairly fiddly but tbh the biggest challenge was painting those blasted white stripes on the missile fins! Tedious doesn't do it justice really.....:-)

Those are the details that make the difference though. Worth the effort!
