The Heinkel looks like an absolute stonker on the sprue, I'll in-box it when I get the opportunity.

Nothing of late, mainly books on 1980s GP Bikes.

However there is a very very significant parcel inbound shortly.

Just the one, I wanted to have a look see. I won't be selling any of my stashed Fujimi Spey Phantoms.

I'm in possession of a Sea Fury!

There's been a bit of brouhaha in some places about short shot fin mouldings. My kit has a short shot fin, see in this pic:

Posted Image

It's a tiny nick in the fin leading edge, easily fixable, but in this day and age it's disappointing to find this sort of thing in a brand new kit.

Huddersfield Show today.

A few acquisitions.

I've developed a thing for Willys Gassers. The Three Stooges one even comes with a Whoopee Cushion!
Posted Image

The Firebird has two more or less complete kits in the box for a cost of £5, Bargain! The Liberty Walk GT-R is for the magazine sometime.
Posted Image

Some misc bits n bobs, there were some sanding sticks and some plastic stock but I'm pretty sure you know what they look like.
Posted Image

Bargain of the day, there are five complete and a half kit in these three boxes. All have been. built to a very nice standard but age has yellowed the paint and the decals. Nothing I cannot deal with and as I got all of them for a collective £0, I'm not complaining.
Lotus 72D JPS (complete)
Lotus 78 JPS Mk.III (Complete)
Renault RE20 (Complete
Tyrell 003 (Complete)
McLaren M23 Yardley (Partial)
McLaren M23 Marlboro (Complete)

It was a good show as usual with a great spread of traders and displays.

Its been years since I built a card model but I just couldn't resist this especially with my love of all thing's Italian.
At 1.2m's its going to be a big'un. I'm thinking this would do nicely as this years "winter project".

:wowser: 1:200, that's going to take up some bench space!

I bought a couple of bits at Southern Expo and had a winning raffle ticket. First up the raffle prize.

Posted Image

There was an added bonus in the form of a 1/24 white metal Elvira figure inside the box, a win, win.

Then some Wehrmacht '46 in the shape of the Twin Flak 40 (actual hardware) mounted on an E100 chassis (paper project). Completely unfeasible but looks cool.

Lastly this box of Eduard goodness (thanks to Mr Vince of Modelsforsale, but don't go near him after he's had curry :poo: )

The Space 1999 silliness continues. 1:1 Scale Comlock and Stun Gun and a 1:12th Amphicat all from Century Castings. Also got a couple of Blake’s 7 stickers to dot around the place
