RAF Phantom; Posted here as well for exposure....

Hi all,

I'm looking for an 1/72 RAF Phantom kit, or good info thereof. I want to do a late RAF Phantom as a gift for my chief. She's leaving the RAF after 30 years service next year, and often speaks about working on Phantoms. She was there at St Athan as they started cutting them up......

Anyhoo, looking around, the Fujimi 'Last British Phantom' kit would be ideal, as it has decals within for a Falklands bird (she was there as well). Alternatively, any decent late scheme, or even an F-4J (UK) would be ok.

So, does anyone have a spare kit I could have. Or decals, or info as to which kits to seek out? I could probably find something in the stash to swap for one, or I am happy to pay a fair price. It is looking at the minute like 48th scale would be easier and even cheaper, but I'd really rather do it in 72nd.

Can anyone help?

Jen.
