A bristle short of a full brush

Am trying to contact Revell Customer Services.

I found a telephone number but it was not recognised.
So I sent them an email, but did not get an automated response as is usually the case with other businesses.

Does anyone know what the current procedure is to contact them

I got a Gannet that a friend picked up for me from Hannants, but on inspection one of the canopies was cracked :(
The modelling gods hate me when it comes to clear parts :violin:

thanks

Hemel was where the office I contacted was based. Someone took down my details and info on what was missing - and I had to wait whilst the parts were sourced from Germany - but in about a month or so they arrived - FOC and well packaged.

Rang the number as per my last post, "number not recognised"
So rang the first number and it was engaged

Left a message and they rang back.
The kit is OOP and there are zero stocks.
I suggested the T5 kit and so a clear sprue will be on its way in 4-6 weeks!

Am hoping that the canopies are common to both types.

FWIW A friend has also had a cracked canopy. Apparently it is fairly common due to the packaging
and I don't suppose Revell will be switching to real boxes anytime soon!

Thanks again for all your help!

Try this email, amortimer@revell.de, I got in contact with Annette and she sent me a replacement set of decals for a 1/72 Space Shuttle.

If I can cast my mind back to mid year ... I think they said 5-6 weeks to me ... Then as I get all 'where the chuff is it' around the 5-6 week mark and think about chasing up .. It arrives
