The Williams Bros kit of the Ford Flivver calls for the fusilage to be painted Ford Blue. Can anybody suggest what colour this is? Thanks. |

er, blue. Actually Ford Blue was a range colour for Ford throughout most of the '30s and '40s and is now the background colour in Ford car badges. I have seen a number of mixes for it which all place it in the gloss mid blue spectrum. IIRC Humbrol 14 is not far off if a little light. If in doubt match to the bonnet badge of your local Asbo Orange Focus ST, I'm sure the chav driving it will be happy to assist. THC |
