Can anyone enlighten me as to the purpose of the ose black areas on the fuselage sides of Seakings? the ones just aft of the sponson struts? I am guessing the ones by the exhaust outlets are heat sensitive and repellent to exhaust stains?

Could it be something as simple as marking out the steps?

Concur with Shaun. The black would also prevent any scuff marks showing up. peebeep |
