Hi guy's. Well as the heading, I seem to have a piece missing from one of my Swordfish models, being that its a vital part(Centre section that holds the propeller in place)with half only showing on the spru(two lengths of plastic)on opening the box. Have searched high and low with no luck, thinking I may have dislodged when opening box. Doe's anyone know who or how I can contact Airfix for a replacement. In the old day's there was a slip of paper for parts missing, but not in this kit. I Edited by foxy, Oct 17 2012, 06:20 PM.

No probs Foxy. I used the service a week or two ago for some new Mustang parts and they came through really quickly so with luck you will get them before the weekend. Hope that hasn't put the mockers on it!

Aye, I used them about 4 weeks ago for the entire wing section of the new tool skyhawk as mine had been short moulded. Got replacement parts really quickly free of charge. |

Thanks guy's. I have today recieved an email from Airfix saying my part is on its way. Sounds like good service mon du .No problem Walrus, I could in many cases make a scratch part, but this was the Propeller support in centre of engine cowl, so would have been hard to replicate. Having two kits, one with wheels and one amphib makes it ok to carry on. Waiting on Hannants with the Ed PE, which is also on its way. Edited by foxy, Oct 18 2012, 08:55 AM.
