Just brought a tear to my eye. It's not just the way she looks, but that twin Merlin sound is as close to audible sex as you can get.

Lets hope she has a long and crowd pleasing life.

I was quite surprised to see gear up on a maiden flight!

Nice to see such a beauty flying again. I believe it will reside in the USA.

We have a PR Mk XVI, A52-600 being restored to static display condition at the RAAF Museum and another RAAF complete example here at the Australian War Memorial. Unfortunately neither will ever fly :(
