All hail thee lords and ladies of thy modelling world.

Thy humble self tis in need of a little help (and before anyone asks/says anything the hospital wouldn't take me!! :D )

I've just got a 1:25 revell/monogram corvette CR-5 which I'm doing for a mate (who doesn't know I'm doing it! :wicked: ) but the Tyres look too shiny.
Is there anything I can do to them to give em the scrubbed look? I'd be happy to post them to who ever can do it if they don't mind.

Many thanks

Funnily enough you can… scrub them.

Use a sanding stick on the running surface and a scotchbrite pad wet on the side walls.
