Lapsang Souchong - yes I kid you not - if you like tea drinking you will know that lapsang souchong has a very distinctive aroma. So by infusing a lapsang souchong tea bag in hot water, letting it cool and then pouring the liquid into the ultra sonic smoker it is able to now smell like a smoking fire and it also tints the smoke as well so as to add an extra level of authenticity.
