I was very happy at SMW this year to spend rather a lot of money at the Forge World stand. Amongst the items I purchased was the Necron Tomb Stalker.

Basically a robotic Centipede the tombstalker is one nasty critter.

I shall be starting assembly tonight. Watch out for holes in the skirting boards.

I've started assembly over the last couple of evenings and I have to say the general quality is not the best. A lot of damaged parts in the box and a couple of missing items.

I've spent a lot of time trying to impart a fluidity of movement and menace in the pose and I'm quite pleased with it so far.

Painting could be interested and the built up ones I've seen have been pretty poorly painted Silver I intend to go the whole hog with Alclad and Gunze buffables. We shall see how it develops.

That is wicked cool! I love Forgeworld stuff too but man o man they are spendy. I love the pose on yours. Really reminds me of Transformers. Some sort of Decepticon.
