Righto, I started this one on Thursday and I've made rapid progress. I should get the construction finished tonight so hopefully I can give it a lick of paint tomorrow!

The chassis is very detailed with everything included.

The interior is done. The chipping was all done with a fine brush. I also used quite a lot of pigment as this is going to be a Afrika Korps vehicle.

Here's the body all done. All that photo etch comes with the kit.

Crumbs Haggis mate you seem to be in some hurry to finish this one :wooo: .

Looks great and like the Engine as most kits do not have this in.

This thread is getting better than ever with all thease great builds

Painting is complete, the chipping was a mix of hairspray and paint brush.

Now for the best bit, weathering!

Truly a worn out piece of equipment and has seen much service.

Nice one Haggis

Is there a crew to this one.

No crew, in fact that's my only beef with this and other Hobby Boss kits. They are truly stunning but a few blokes would be nice.

Yes I have, very inspirational although the techniques used on my one are a bit more involved.

Anyway, she'd done although I'll put the final pictures in the relevant forum when I've finished the base.

I agree on How good Hobbyboss kits are, have a few in the stash.

But when they show a picture with crew in you would think that comes with the kit, but now a day's you need to read the small print :wooo: .

Very nice finish Haggis.

I am sure you may have a spare crew or crew's to go with your vehicle/ base !!!!!! .

Hi Haggis,
Super job! I've yet to try a Hobbyboss kit, but this has convinced me the quality's there.
As you can all see I'm new here? Looks like a interesting forum,

But I can't seem to find anywhere to introduce myself? I could'ent even find out how to post or reply to a post, but as I belong to other forums, I just went with what I know and it seems to have worked. But a raw newbie might not be so lucky!!

You might guess by my user name I am mostly a Tank man, but I do the odd car, figure, sorry I can't remember when I last did any aircraft!!
Now before the days out I must add a couple of post of my own.
Always good to hear from other modellers.
Regards
Mel.
