Evening all, Had a superb day at Duxford yesterday for the final show of the year. With blue skies and great flying, couldn't have asked for a better way to round off the season- the light was outrageously good, especially during the second half of the show. Many highlights from the flying included seeing the Swordfish back where she belongs- looking forward to seeing her display fully next season ![]() Here's a few shots for your perusal DX_Autumn_2010_001 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_003 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_010 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_014 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_017 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_018 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_020 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_022 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_024 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_026 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_028 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_030 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_031 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_032 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_034 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_035 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_037 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_040 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_041 by Seamus_85, on Flickr DX_Autumn_2010_043 by Seamus_85, on FlickrSo, here endeth my season. Storming pix mate! The autumn sunshine really has a dramatic effect on things, beautifully lit photos. Fave for me is the Bearcat, I can hear its growl from here The underside shot of the Lynx is amazing too, so much detail becomes apparent with the light as it was. Great to see the Stringbag again too

Thanks very much guys, glad you like them Rich, always learning mate, had plenty of rejeections on A.net that tell me I'm doing something wrong As with anything, there's always room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the editing, and I've still much to learn before I get that elusive perfect shot ![]() Mike, the light was obscene, absolutely perfect during the second half of the show. I was pratically drooling when chimping the Sabre shots! As you say great to see the Swordfish back in the air, been far too long. She arrived almost unannounced so that was a lovely surprise ![]() Jen, never has a machine looked so fit for purpose, savage looking machine Thanks again all Shaun
