Well been working on my Jaguar T2 Build and I thought all was going well with my sanding (Which I hate) Seam Filling (which I hate even more) and Rescribing (Which I even hate more than the 1st two)
So I thought all was going well until I decided to put a coat of paint on ..thinking I must have done a reasonable job ...well looks like I haven't done very well actually looks like a retarded blind monkey has been let loose on it in between lobbing big chunks of poo at passers by

I think I should stick to Armour and Cars

That's par for the course for me. The first coat of paint always shows up imperfections, even if you think you done a blinding job of sanding and filling.

Same here, first coat of primer shows up all the stuff I missed or got wrong.
Tidy that up, apply another coat of primer, then more clean-up.

It's an iterative process for me, and many others I suspect,

Cheers,
Bill.

Me too! 3 attempts - minimum - so far, before I get an OK finish.

Welcome to the world of us lesser mortals.

PS. Notice how I avoided age related comment :coolio:

Same here Sean me 'ole mucker.
I've got a stalled Canberra T11 which keeps getting rubbed down and filled....I'm sure that the arse of a baboon is smoother.
I've put it aside until I get re-enthused.
