Ok come to a blank on this one for my hawk build whats the nearest paint match to this colour ..all I have in my grey stash is Revell Aqua and Tammy colours ..any ideas |

Sean, it's code BS381 697 light grey with a hint of blue, you could try Vallejo model air 046 pale grey blue. Colours aren't very well defined unfortunatly: Vallejo Modle Air Chart They also have equivalence charts: Vallejo Equivalence PDF Not sure if that helps or not, but might get a few other ideas posted. Yep on advice from Rob its light admiralty grey ..my Hawk will be an Indian take away version with RAF Markings over the Indian Markings as in a Delivery model Most of these have the Dual markings in the UK ..But I've found on the delivery flights that stop of in Malta they just have RAF serials with overall Indian Markings Mine will be the in the UK version

You need de-wussifying you do. What's wrong with the Humbrol colour? If you want Tamiya it's XF20. peebeep |
