Posts: 2,895 Group: Members Member #8 Joined: November 11, 2004	no they wouldn't let the pres. do a draft since it takes an act of congress. i highly doubt that they would unless they, meaning a foregin coutry like iran or syria, would envade another country of major importance either in commerce or another factor. And/or bomb the heck out of us. Yes they do have NWPs but im sure we can hitthem faster and possible destory their bomb beforeit has any major harm towards americans. And congress doesn't have a really important say if the president uses atomic bombs, but their does have to be a certain number of cabient members and army officals to make the weapon "hot." Plus the Pres. said that going atomic is NOT out of the opitions, just last night.
