Posts: 1,750 Group: Members Member #33 Joined: December 11, 2004	yeah we have an anthem and we all have to sing it once a week at school. but what does it teach us? nothing - most aussies dont even know the second verse to it. Now howard (our pm) says that for schools to get funding they must have an aussie flag and hold moral rights nights. PLEASE. Australia is not like that - sure we love our country and value its freedom but we are not going to force ourselfs and our way of life onto other places. I dont think my comment was rude - it was an opinion. Rudeness would have used a lot of explict words and name calling. Will try to accept your cultural differences as you do mine - but try to understand my pov as Howard as our pm Bush is our president. We have no moral standing - whatever bush does howard does. The majority of aussies didn't want iraq but because bush did we went. Were not Australia - were america jnr.
