well in the us people are told who is living around them. those people are also monitered weekly then they get SLOWLY taken off restriction untill its like every 3 months. their internet activity is monitored or put to a complete stop. they dont get new names but they are relocated and they have to tell the postal service which tells everyother goverment organization, and if they dont they go straight to jail do not pass go do not collect 200 dollars
