Again parents fault, these are proablly kids that dont know how to properly use the computer and get sucked in there are programs that are inexpensive when it comes to your childs life. i.e. I-gear, NetNanny, Cybersitter, and others they BLOCK what your kids view on the internet, NN and igear are great, they even block programs suchas Yahoo Mesanger and AIM plus some others not just internet explorer. plus i know that Yahoo and AIM have a block password protechted so kids can't change it. to protect them from "unwanted" users and keeps them out of chatrooms ;)

but more than likey the PC the kid is using is unprotected from this, and is IN THE KIDS ROOM, knock knock is anyone HOME???? you're just asking for trouble if you're not viewng what your kid is doing on the internet, it's a very scary and corrupt place for little childeren to be playing on.
