I do agree that is goign way to far. Nothing like that happening over this end of the world as far as I am aware. But i will say that the true meaning of what christmas stands for has been lost in commercialization though. My kids know santa = christmas, presents = xmas I sat and told them the reason of why it is called CHRIST mas and they are 6 and 3 and was not sure, this year they are getting less presents, and more of the true christmas, I am not a religious person myself, but to me the true magic of christmas is the carols, and the feeling of family. how can you have family christmas in a world where the extended family is so scattered if they are not given holidays in which to travel and be together. |
