Posts: 16 Group: Kunoichi Forum Member Member #1,775 Joined: August 28, 2007	Helena: Birthday January 30th. Surprised no one posted this in this board but today is Helena's birthday. She's suppose to be 22 years old but the character is actually 8 years 4 months old. (DOA2 debuted October 1999 in arcades when her character was introduced) DOA2: Hardcore for the PS2 was the first time I met Helena and I'm ashamed to say back then I was a Kasumi fan. A few months playing DOA2 I eventually discovered Helena in the slew of characters and found I liked her story and her fighting style over all the other characters. So switched to her character and never looked back, got an XBox at launch because of DOA3 being a launch title. I use to do big things on message boards when it was her birthday, but will keep it simple. First, a high-rez picture of the favorite model of her I own. (Among the few in my collection, Helena stuff is hard to find) And, just to show the depths of my obsession with the character I bought the Hori stick for DOA4 because the 360's controller sucked. Ugly and Substandard stick Couldn't stand it so made my first, (and hopefully not last) arcade stick. The artwork I'm not too proud of, which is one of the things when I make another one, (For DOA5 the way things are going) will focus more effort on. But all the parts are arcade parts and is a dream to play with. (Only issue, couldn't get an optical 360 to work.) So anyway, Happy Birthday Helena and would like to see others collections of the character if they have any. (I have more, but want to keep it simple)

Call Me Queen Posts: 2,385 Group: Kunoichi Global Moderator Member #121 Joined: May 9, 2004	Nice thread Before I got the game and had only seen the Dreamcast screens I was sure Kasumi was going to be my favourite character, but as soon as I played with Helena she had won me over, not to mention that she is one of the few that actually has a very good and interesting storyline in DOA.
