To me it looks like this picture is take from a party, might be a promotion or something My theory is that Fame slept with 3 other wifes, since they are mistresses, and he never married. The one next to him must be a co-worker. Was it Anne og Vivian who was killed in doa4? Kokoro must be next to Miyako, people never leave a child standing with strangers. I nothiced also that their are more shadow over the left side,might be to give a clue who is not getting any credit.
