My Kasumi fan art

Posts: 9 Group: Kunoichi Forum Member Member #602 Joined: January 18, 2005	Hello everyone! This is my first picture I've ever placed online, and it's my first drawing of Kasumi. I hope everyone likes it, and I hope I got everything correct on the computer things. I've been drawing all my life, but the digital format is rather new to me. I'm still learning, so bear with me please. This picture was done with a 4B sketch pencil, clean up was done with a B. Digital cleanup was on photoshop 7. Help me to become a better artist, point out what you like and don't like. I'm pleased with her face (that was hard to do, the polygonal version of her is very hard to capture) but her eyes are a bit too "hard." Everything about Kasumi is sweet and soft Feel free to color the picture, put it on a site, whatever, just please give credit to me for the original. Thanks alot everyone, have a good day! Farewell.

It'll take me a while, but I don't have much else to do. Give me a DOA or real life pose you want so I can look at it (I'm still learning Kasumi, so I need a reference to look at still ) and I'll get right on it. Just Kasumi for now, please. I've not been drawing like I used to, so it'll take me a while to get back into it, but I'll be sticking around as long as I can BM2, I saw the topic you are referring to, and I'm rather embarrassed that I didn't use it. This is a great forum, everyone here is kind and helpful, it's just so BIG! Most places I've been to aren't as large, but it's great that it's so well organized. I've been lurking here since last Fall before Ultimate came out, and I'll admit that I didn't know a lot of the subforums existed. Glad I do now I'm going to look at everyone else's artwork, a lot of what I've seen is fantastic. I just love art, and I encourage everyone to draw even if it doesn't look the way you want it. I've thrown away many a good picture because I didn't think it was "perfect." That's not the way to go. Kyra Yokomotou, I drew this picture with an old fashioned pencil and paper, I'm still not used to photoshop. I used photoshop to erase some of the more irritating shadow lines, and to resize the picture, that was it. I've had a computer for five years, but this is my first picture online. As long as you have a scanner, you can do it. Just have fun! Farewell, and thanks again.
