I have just got Metal Gear Solid 2 Substence and am really stuck. I am on Raidens chapter and have just disposed my last bomb. I have a guide book for the game and have also been searching FAQ's and all of them say to go to the dining hall were stillman(I think thats his name was)was and pick up the sensor b for detonating senceless bombs. The guides then say that Plisken will contact saying he has detonated his last bomb then Stillman says the place is gonna blow and you have four minutes to get out of there(breath........). And heres what I can do. I can go and pick up the sensor B but then nothing happens. I have searched every were but still no one phones. Was the info I got correct? I am playing on medium if that helps? I am going Banana's!

Uh-oh, you may have a bad game. It has been a while since I played that area in my substance. But, it SHOULD ring you as soon as you pick up the sensor. Try moving around. Try leaving that strut. Try everything. If nothing works, you probably have a scratched disc or something. |

It was really odd! I detonated the last bomb, picked up the sensor B and saved my game but nothing happened! But after 4 hour of wandering around aimlesly I saw the bomb I detonated was still there and when I did it again Stillman called. Thanks for Helping. I am now on the Metal Gear Rays bosses and once again stuck. I only have 3 rations left as well! And then I am going to have to fight the FINAL Boss after that!

The final boss is hard. While listening to Solidus talk, practice your skills with the blade. The final battle is fought with it, and it alone. The rays are easy. You can either just take them all out, but the best way is to kill off the one that has the name of Rose, or it looks like Rose. To kill one, aim for foot first, immediately shoot head as it opens up, and repeat. To dodge the attks, you must pay attention to the things they do before they attk. When they do the laser attk, some cold air is expelled from their faceplate. Keep moving, cartwheeling to dodge, only stop to use stinger missile. |
