Anyone here play Tenchu? You get to be a ninja
 and fight like DOA but theres really cool stealth elements in it too! Plus being an actio game too ou can wander around where you want and you have nifty items and u can unlok new special moves like ninja vision and wall kicking! What does everyone else reckon about this game?

Tenchu is a very fun game, they're supposed to be releasing a new game called Tenchu: Kurenai and Tenchu: Eternal, no dates for those yet |

when you completed the kanjis below the screen... Rik/Ayame starts to chants the same chants as Ryu hayabusa in his winning pose... is it a ninja code or something
:lol: tenchu was fun but the only thing i ever complain is... rikimaru maves like a wind in the CG and yet he moves like a slug in game.... and jumps like he has a 500lbs belly......  NG was totally my Ninja pace... even though it totally blew the whole ninja thing concept... but hey who's compalining??

I know what you mean, he dosent try so hard to run as in the opening scene does he? But theres aslways Tenchu:4 (the proper one). |

i hope Hayabusa's set of moves in NG be copied in the next tenchu..... like the wall walk, the double jump... and the pace of running &walking..... then that would be a Ninja fans' wet dreams....
 and oh yeah... i would really love it if the corpse would have the ragdoll physics this time around.... so that you could drag the corpse around the level ......lol

Just Finished the Rikimaru Quest.... i chose to bond the Izayoi to the Shichisto.... ill play the game again to see if anything diffrent happens if i dont bind the shichisto to the izayoi.... and that Stealth kills keeps me coming back..... but the camera was still a pain.... keep on hitting that white button instead of just rotating the right thumbstick... |

Tip: you dont need to go thru the game agen. Just go bak to the level where u choose to bond the sword or not and choose to the dfferent option then go bak to the last level and complete the game!!! You should get the different ending. |

WHOA Tesshu's stealth kills Kicks major angry beaver's a.ss!!! those bone snapping animation is sweet.... and ummm whats with the B-Side dialogues??? i ddnt quite get the difference between the english one.... |

With B-saide on then the text at the bottom of the screen is the same but listen carfully and some lines they SAY will be diferent. |

I only played Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven. Itīs a great game, you have there big stages, many moves, many items, a fighter to unlock, very much items you can use (like bombs, Kunais, chains...) and a secret level. It also has a nice story. I play mainly with Ayame, she is faster and imo better than Rikimaru. The only thing i donīt like in Wrath of Heaven were the stupid enemys. You just have to run about two cornours and they loose and let you. Thats a little bit boring. But in spite, every person who likes ninjas and stuff should play Tenchu. bye, the third eye |

Yeah this game is quite good. You can do so many things like the really spectacular looking stealth attacks. |
