Well I started playing Soul Calibur since the beginning, when it was called Soul Edge/Blade, it was on the Playstation 1. When I first figured out that I do better in fighting games with female characters :hat:

I've only been playing since May 2003 when SCII came out for Xbox.

Since last June I've also been playing the arcade version every Saturday night (I've only missed one or two Saturdays!).

Sometimes I see Dekka Cho the Japanese Super Battle Opera Champion.

I remember hearing about the super battle opera here, the soul calibur 2 forum was trying to get a few people to enter from the US

Fetz from the U.S. went because the first place person in the U.S. couldn't go.

Dekka Cho beat him.

Now there is going to be a big SCII compo in France but only BLT from Japan is going as far as I know. Dekka Cho can't go.

Yeah, if Kageh went I think he would've won the tournament

Now that I'd gotta see.

Yes sometimes Dekka Cho looses but when it counts I think he would win and I'd put my money on it.

I started out with Soul Calibur on Dreamcast, although I've played Soul Blade on psx since then. The only version that I own, though, is Soul Calibur II on Xbox.

The only time I got into Soul Calibur was on DC it was the best game ever. However, I think SCII blows compared to SCI, the first one had way more depth and the DC controller kicked angry beaver.:D God do I miss DC!

Not seriously before it came out on Gamecube in Europe.
Since then a lot. Still practicing and learning, gotta train yourself from time to time. And I can always use some exercise.
