You don't squash my bugs, they squash you Posts: 52 Group: Members Member #80 Joined: April 24, 2008	Brendan gazed up at the collossal building that was the Artemis hotel. "This is the place," he said to his partner, Venom. "We're supposed to spend the week here until we locate the digiops HQ here and give them are transfer papers." Earlier this week, Brendan, a digiops worker, had been tranferred from his home town to this new place called Vertigo City. "Only problem is," said Brendan. "We have no money, they'll never let us in." "We can always try," said Venom, now in the Minomon stage. Brendan knew that when he said "try", he meant "beg". "Must I?" said Brendan. "If you'd rather sleep outside tonight..." said Venom. "Oh fine," grumbled Brendan, trying to think up a sob story. Thinking of one, he dusted up his clothes, removed his button-shirt, and made a sad face. Taking a deep breath, he prepared to go in. While reaching for the door knob, however, his dark-green digivice began to beep. "Think digiops'll mind us taking some down before signing in?" asked Brendan, obviously relieved to not have to beg, yet. "I don't think so," said Venom. "Good," said Brendan, unclipping his digivice, and holding it in the air as it began to glow. Venom digivolved to Wormon without saying anything, then jumped into the air as he began to glow a brilliant white. "Wormon digivolves to..." Venom said. "Stingmon!" Venom yelled as the white light around him shattered. "Alright," Brendan said, "Let's go." ((by the way, I know I posted this after the mall, but this is supposed to happen prior to my coming to the mall. humor me.))
