In the north side of Mt. Vertigo, in place of an old coal mine, this complex uses the volcanic heat of the mountain to power the entire city.

Pantheon Observatory
High atop Mt. Vertigo is a giant radio telescope that scores the skies for signs of intelligent life. Nearby is a more traditional observatory with an giant optical telescope and museum.

Artemis Nature and Ski Resort
Essentially a hotel in the middle of the forest. In winter, snow covers the mountain and the ski lift goes back into operation.
