RSGB media pack for clubs 2012 seems likely to see an unusually high number of special event stations, giving outstanding opportunity to present Amateur Radio to the general public. There have been some excellent examples of clubs and societies using special events to promote amateur radio more widely. Some events, however, are less well used as a means of bringing Amateur Radio to the attention of the general public. We have therefore produced a framework media pack which provides documentation which may be useful to clubs in promoting their special event. It can be accessed in the members-only section of the website at www.rsgb.org/membersonly/information/mediaguide and a copy is attached of the various documents for your information. Please remember also the RSGB can provide leaflets and posters for your special event. Please contact salesrsgb.org.uk or telephone 01234 832 700. |
