0 Posts: 31 Group: Moderators Member #55 Joined: July 6, 2006	First you need a pretty good idea. Then you have to make sure it will work out ok. Then, you need to find some good people for staff. Go find other forums. But don't register. What you should do is say I'll join yours if you join mine. They agree, you have a member. Then, if they are active, make rewards. If you get 'x' amount of posts something happens. Make sure the staff are good, and tell those members to spread the word. Ask them where there are good forums. Repeat. Most importantly, stay active on your own forum. Get a domain/redirect if needed, and advertise on nearly every forum you go on. Sooner or later you are as successful as me.

Rewards- besides becoming Super Mod or Admin if I see you are active, I am thinking of making a 100 club, for people with 100+ posts. Active on my own forum - I think I am Redirect- I''ll see..
