Lord Inquisitor Lemarq walked the streets of Leptis Magna with a sereen look upon his face, his entourage in tow. His protochè, Inquisitor Javier, had exceeded all his expectations upon encountering a reconnencance patroll of Black Templar space marines.

Leptis Magna was beautifull Lemarq thought. Even the air smelled cleaner than the air of a city should.

Inquisitor Javier's small force of battlesisters, along with his personal gun servitors had effectivly routed the deluded foe, a single servitor falling to a plasma cannon shot from a gun emplacement in the east of the markt section.

Lemarq dissapeard inside a massive appartment complex overlooking the beach, a perticular appartment his destination.

"I assume we have an understanding Marshal? Your men were simply missunderstanding their orders yes? Ofcourse you intended all along to leave Leptis Magna in the caring hands of the Emperors Inquisition, I assure you there are no hard feelings. Continnue your crusade Marshal, but keep your hand out of my cookiejar in the future yes? Good...." The vid-conversation ended.

"Master, should I confer your congratulations to the PDF commander? It seems that most of them unexpectedly survived the encounter Lord Inquisitor..."

Lemarq stood silent taking in the view before answering.

"Please do. And have our priest give the fallen their due whom die for the Emperor. Now, leave me."

Standing alone in the luxcurios appartment once belonging to Jezabell Carrow, he began probing with his mind. His taint was heavy in the room still, even after so many years.

Jezabell Carrow had been a high ranking socialite in the sector with more wealth than common sense. A beautifull woman he had been told, she had fallen from the Emperors grace and been revealed as a cultist of Slaanesh. She had fled then...

He took a long breath. "Jearella." he said firmly, and a lithe female figure stepped from the shadows.

"Find her. Bring her to me."

The woman dissapeard without a word, and Lemarq was truely alone.
What do you get it Ward and Cruddace combine to wrtie a codes? Mediocrity...
