Don't look at me!
Anime: Dragonball Z

Genre: Action

Creator: Daisuke Nishio

Company: Toei Animation

Plot: 22/25
The story of this anime is very wel l organized an unique. It is all about a man and his adventures with his family. The twist is, hes not from Earth. Goku (the hero) is from the planet Vegeta. The people on this planet have many different powers that the people of Earth do not have, they are called Saiyans. The enemies of this show are
not too fond of Saiyans. The series has many seasons that revolves around one certain villain, this makes the show very organized. The characters spice up the plot as well, all of the characters have a very unique personality. The plot is occasionally dragged down by stale unoriginal humor, but for the most part the plot of this show is a big plus.

Artwork: 13/15
You can see that DBZ has outdated artwork. Ignore the bland colors and look more into the art of the characted. The characters are very unique and don't suffer from common been there done that characters. To date no show can compete with the originality (and hair) of the characters in this show.

Originality: 20/25
Certain parts of Dragonball Z is unoriginal, such as the fight one villain, move on method that they have here. However, certain parts of this show scream: "How could anyone think of that!?". The saiyan race and its variety of powers were not present in any show before it, nor have they appeared in any show after it.

Length: 7/10
Well, I have to admit that the show kind of drags on. Featuring over 100 episodes you will begin to wonder when it will end, but at the same time you hope it doesn't end. Certain episodes seem uncalled for. Though the long length is questionable you still can't help but kind of love it.

First Impression and Conclusion: 9/10
When you first see it you might be confused, but then you'll see the episodes action and start to like it. You'll want to watch it again, and probably get into the plot next time.

Overall Feel: 15/15
You can't help but be happy when you watch an episode of Dragonball Z. The show features fantastic action that can't be compared to anything else.

I was just about to hang you for not giving credit to Akira Toriyama, my hero. But then i realized you where focusing on the anime, and not the manga. Excellent review.
