I hesitated a bit before voting for this one... the last choice was tempting for a while because I can definetely picture Kai as a loner and a one-man-team, but the "evil" part of it discouraged me. Kai's not evil... he just has his own motives and plan.
So my vote went Neoborg/Demo/Blitzkrieg Boys. He seems to fit in better with the team members in many aspects such as personality, style, and past. Also, he should represent his Russian nationality. Although... that one could be debatable, seeing as to how he has a Japanese surname.
The Bladebreakers are a close second. I personally like to see them as a team and as friends, and I was a bit upset at first when they split up in G-rev.

Neoborg. he belongs there simply. And as a note he went with so called Boris to have a chance for the title. Same reason everyone else did.

But think about the posibilities of seeing Kai and Tala at the same time!!!

Hmmmmm good point!!!! I know there should be a new team :D . In the team will be Kai  , Rei, Tala, Johny and Kain  That should fix all of our problems ^_^ now what shall we call this ultra KAWAII Team?

Noooo!!! Kai, Tala, Ozuma, Kane, Michael, Rei and Johnny (just because of the Johnny fangirls here :P) *nod nod*

That sounds cool. I agree.

He went along with Boris to stick with the deal that he got Black Dranzer and in return he would ensure victory for BIOVOLT at the championships.

...I have been thinking into this in more depth. Though part of me believes he 'belongs' with Neoborg, I also believe the more likely case is, Kai and Dranzer are a team all on their own. Kai is not suited to any 'team' because he usually has his own objectives. So he will 'use' the team he is on, before discarding them when he has 'finished'.

Though whatever team he is on, I believe he respects the other members, though he doesn't show this...obviously, being Kai.

Also, if Kai was 'Russian', he certainly doesn't take his 'nationality' seriously. I believe he prefers the company of the Bladebreakers. There is no evidence in the anime that Kai was ever actually 'friends' with Yuriy and the others, whereas it is plain he is 'friends' with the Bladebreakers...even if he won't admit it.

Hmm, he was taken from the abbey from a young age, with 'amnesia' of the place until he returned. He was brought up in Japan and spent more time with the Bladebreakers. Even though he did spend time with the Demolition boys years ago, he probably didn't have much memory or it, but they abbey was hardly a 'social hang-out' so he had little time to 'get to know' them unlike touring with the bladebreakers, spending time with them for 3 years.

Maybe he doesn't take it seriously because it just reminds him of his time at the abbey and reminds him of Boris or he's 'settled' in Japan. Because of that it would make sense for him to have more of a feeling of 'belonging' in Japan rather than Russia.

Either that or nationality isn't something that's an important issue to be taken seriously for him.

Neoborg.

Kai seems to fit with them best.

However, Kai would probably betray them if his motives aren't met when he's on their team.

I think Neoborg. I think it fits him more.
and in this way kai can battel tyson more as a rival and not as teammade.

BladeBreakers. Despite the fact that he's all 'hardcore' or whatever. I think he fits in with the team he had since the beginning. I could picture him being in another team, but not for too long. I don't know what it is, he just fits in the Bladebreakers.

He isn't 'tied' to any teams by loyalty like other characters, he uses them to get what he wants.
