I think both Season One and G Revolution had their moments. Season One was pretty good for developing characters (it was the first season, so that was it's job). Season Two I suppose would just play out their lifestyles after being World Champions and their hardships, nothing spectacular, just Saint Beast-hungry bad guys everywhere.

G Revolution kind of kicks it up a notch trying to flip the world of Beyblade upside down on us with the action-packed battles and drama. The character development in G Revolution was mediocre compared to Season One. All we see is Takao maturing a bit and becoming more independant. We see a change in Kai, the way he Beybattles... but that's all. The BEGA Justice 5 had pretty blunt histories.

I agree that G Revolution might have been a tad overhyped. But it was pretty good, bringing back familiar faces as well as new ones.

I liked season 1 a lot. that why i keep watching the others 2 seasons, cause i expected them to be even better but i was wrong, i got badly disapointed..

season2 was only about the stealing of the 4 sacred bit-beast all the way around, quite boring nothing really new out there.

Season3, i never hated Tyson more than here. with that world-champion thing, he became self-fish, ignorant etc Bega story was not really great too..but ya some little things were fun , funny and stuff but nothing else really.

oh and i forgot, i loved the manga a lot too, better storyline i guess

G-Rev. By far.

The storyline, though not perfect, seemed flawless even with its mistakes. It showed depth to the characters that only Season 3 could pull off... Sure, Season 1 was redundant at places, but there was a different kind of twist to each repeat. China had Baihuzu and then there was the grudge matches. America had the All-Stars and then there were the "invincible Americans", which is always fun to see. Europe had the Majestics - their hardest challenge yet. Russia had the D-Boys, and that overall plot was very good.

Season 2's storyline was slightly more than pathetic. The art surely got better, but the addition of so many characters being forced on you (the Shields, their teacher, Hiromi) was a little overwhelming...

Season 3 showed a set of very real characters, instead of them being invincible throughout, because someone was going to lose. Someone had to lose. They couldn't all be winners, which is significant about that series.

I really liked G-Rev the best, by far.

Season 1 was alright, but I really hated the graphics and picture. The characters looked bad in my opinion, too.

Season 2 was pretty boring. The art was better, but the plot kind of sucked...

G-Rev was awesome. Good plot, good art, good battles. But...they changed Tala's eyes...>.>...and Kai's again, too. Wish people would decide on one simple eye color for their characters. It's not really that hard...

I'm currently watching G-Revolution yet n.n; But I think this season is really awsome..Even when I've only saw pics of this season I already knew I would love it..I wasn't wrong ^.~
Season 1 is also pretty good. The storyline is good..and they don't focus on Tyson so much...they also talk about other characters ..The graphics aren't good..but oh well xD
Season 2 was very boring and looked like Tyson is the only character there <.<; And it's all about bit beasts that's so annoying !!!!I hated this season..at least the graphics are better..
And G-Revolution is teh best n_n Awsome storyline(Tyson annoys me a bit,though..because of his crazyness about being the champion...) .The graphics are excelent and the battles oh my god are soooo good!!Amazing !!*__*

To Draicyn Slythe:
Umm... about the eye color thing, Takao Aoki I believe kept the eye colors(or at least Kai's) the same in G-Rev.

I went to Korea last summer, and got the Korean version of Beyblade(11th book I think...), and on the back cover was a color picture of Kai around the bottom-right corner. He had G-Rev clothes on, and his eyes were most definently a vibrant RED ^_^ !

So I don't really mind the color-changing going on, it's actually good for some fanfics writers because some of them prefer eyes colors different then red(many people use red...).

So people can't really be wrong with which eye color they use, and people can't really be wrong with what kind of eye color Kai has in G-Rev between violet and red, since the anime and manga contradict each other threre ^-^.

So, the creator of the character didn't change the eye color, but then the producer people wanted violet. So it can go either way. I think this is a good thing, but there are many that consider this bad, and some that don't care. I just wanted to point that out about Kai's eye color issues :P. And why did it take... *counts* 4 paragraphs to say this? Because... I talk too much and can't paraphrase for crud *sweatdrops*.

About the general topic:

I don't think I posted here yet... *looks at last two pages*, not then... and I'm too new to have realistically ben able to post long ago enough to be on the 3rd page... so I'll post here!

I couldn't watch all the episodes, for ANY of the series! Something always was in the way *weeps*.

1st season... it's what's hooked me in the first place, so it's gotta' have merit somewhere in there! But if the art and voice acting was as good as in G-Rev(I think the voice acting got better in G-rev...), then hey, Season 1 would have been just as majorly awesome as G-Rev, hands down!

The episodes I watched were really scattered though. I watched… 1, maybe 2 eps from the Asian Tournament? In the battle against Lei and Rei. Same with the American Tournament, except I watched much more of that then Asian Tournament. I caught pretty much all of the European Tournament thing, though I missed the battle with Giancarlo against Takao and possibly a couple others.
I’ve also watched much of the World Champs(Russia), except… the last one… AUGH, the stupid recorder refused to tape the last… 10 MINUTES of the battle with Takao against Tala! How … messed upIS that?!?! But I'll spare you the rant...

Season 1 was very enjoyable, now that I think of it(haven’t seen it in forever). My friend says he liked the beybattles then better then the ones in season 2 because they were more interesting, bit-beast/beybattle wise.

The characters in this series was kind of repetitive, a big guy and then a leader, a girl, an extra character, and a short person, though the teams didn’t always follow this exactly, such as the Dark Bladers and Majestics. I really wish I watched the whole series… But the actual characters seem rather interesting, by summaries I've read and screenshots and stuff.

The plotline seems to be rather interesting by what people keep saying, but with only large chunks and fragments of it all scattered everywhere, and without even an ending to remember, and it being so long since I’ve seen them, it’s hard for me to picture the plotline as a whole.

With Season 2, I’ve watched almost all of it, though there are some missing here and there. I quite liked it, even though I could tell that the plotline was kind of strange. It was like a bunch of plotlines really, with a weak bong holding each plotline together.

I liked how they concentrated on the bit-beasts, not because I like bit-beasts a bunch more then the actual characters or anything, but because of the wealth of possible ‘facts’ or ‘information’ that can be derived from this series. It could be really great for fanfic writers. Especially me, with all my crazy and farfetched little Beyblade theories and all that... *mumbles to self*

I also like the characters a bit better, because to me(probably since I couldn’t watch so many Season 1 eps) the characters were a bit more colorful(metaphorically…). At least main characters, like Wyatt(darn, forgot his original name! No wait… was it Yuya? Wyatt’s name was originally Yuya? Or am I crazy?), the Blade Hunters, Kane & Friends, etc.. And even Takao’s teacher had her own personality, I liked her!

I really enjoyed this season, even though it’s most probably weakest in storyline, and least favorite. I have to admit, to me it really seemed more like a ‘filler season’ between Seasons 1 and 3, especially since so many characters(like Zeo) weren’t even mentioned in G-Rev, which I found very suspicious.

G-Rev… my ultimate favorite season, probably because I thought the art(graphics…), voice actors(perhaps that’s just me…), characters(the characters became so much more colorful! Metaphorically…), plotline(BOTH of them were great!), etc., etc., etc…. I really fell in love with this series.

In fact, I’ve got lots of random G-Rev eps taped and stacked in my basement, and I watched them randomly every now and then(these tapes are by no means organized…) and they really bring back to life my love of the characters presented, and my inspiration for ideas and such, though such ideas will never take flight… I’m a dreamer, not an achiever -_-.

There are so many things I love about this series, many of which were already stated, a couple which weren’t, so I won’t waste your time or confuse myself by trying to jab a bunch of confusing rantings by an unorganized fangirl into this already way-too-long-and-practically-pointless post.

But I’ll state that with G-Rev, it really makes my mind blow away, and my blood burn with that characteristic fangirl joy(Well, it's like that for me at least...), and all that. And every time I take the time to rewatch episodes, I always seem to find new things, and think about what kinds of thoughts or emotions that the different characters could be feeling, and would be feeling. G-Rev will always be my favorite season, most probably, unless they make a new season.

And you know what? I didn’t even get to watch the infamous 2nd battle with Kai against Brooklyn, or ANY of the battle with Brooklyn against Takao, or the battle with Max against Mystel T_T. That made me sad, especially the one with Kai against Brooklyn, I need that for my useless but thoroughly enjoyable inspiration!! Oh well, I’ll have to wait and then buy the DVD Box Set...

Yes, I do rant too much, I do need a life, and I do need more paraphrasing skills ><;;,
Ali

GRevolution. HANDS DOWN. *lowers her hands*

It shows a lot of character depth (I think Gladwyn said something about this; I just skimmed), better animation, ALL OF THE CHARACTERS are shown (I believe. I have screenshots from this one site; really nice), a lot of big battles, and awesome art. The clothes and character appearances improved a lot, I think, too.

VForce.....uh....not too much happened. Good animation; Tyson looked...A LOT better (...my opinion; I'm no fangirl on him) and...character depth again.

Let it Rip: Beyblade: ..........Kinda...bad animation at points. Tyson freaked me out; lots of characters though! Many twists. Go Europe!

Manga: It's cool; I've read it, seen scans, whatnot. I love how Shippu No Jin appears in the first book, unlike the showing up in the 3rd season cr--...Wait!! The manga was being made while the first SEASON was...Why didn't Takao Aoki put him in the first? Or even the second?! Oh, and the kid thing is cool, too.

THUS: GRev, Manga, VForce, Let it Rip: Beyblade.

The art surely got better, but the addition of so many characters being forced on you (the Shields, their teacher, Hiromi) was a little overwhelming...

(I went back and read this page XD;) I agree. My friend saw VForce and she was like, "Hey, what did you think of [insertsomerandomguybecauseIforgothisname]?" I blinked and was like. "Wait.....who?" She started laughing. o__O;But yeah, it was overwhelming; I totally agree! (Or it could be because my memories really bad)

Um... should this be locked? It's just that there's another topic like this here. The only difference is, the other one has a poll.

G Rev is the best in my opinion. The battles are better and we get to meet more cool characters. Oh, and there are hotter characters. Especially Brooklyn and Hiro. I loved this series! ^_^

My favorite season is G-Rev I think.. The characters look much better there and there is a better storyline.
I like the first season a lot too But I don't like the graphics very much ^^;
And the only think I like in V-Force is the clothes and the look of the characters. ^^;
