League of Assassins Public Alliance Mandate The following is a descriptive list of non-hostile diplomatic statuses established formally by the League of Assassins: Level 1: Truce This is the most basic level of defined diplomatic relations that LOA will establish with other clans. A Truce is simply recognition that clans that fall into this category are not enemies, and thus will not be mistreated in any way. All clans that we have had any contact with at all fall under this category by default, and it is from this point that other clans may move toward an official allied status, or be classified as enemies. Level 2: Treaty of Friendship By mutual agreement, LOA and another clan with which a Truce has already been established can sign a Treaty of Friendship and officially be recognized as allies. Friends of LOA are clans that, through time and experience, have been shown to possess similar goals and interests and are thus deemed valuable as respected associates. Any clan that is in a Treaty with LOA should always be welcomed to our server and website and treated respectfully, and because the Treaty is established mutually, LOA should be welcome to their server and website and be treated with similar respect as well. Additionally, if conflicts arise with members of a friendly clan, the issue should be brought before their leaders and explained thoroughly in order to minimize negative impacts and preserve the alliance. Note that because this is a mutual agreement, any clan establishing a Treaty with LOA will be expected to put LOA on an equivalent level of alliance within their own clan structure, if such exists. Level 3: Pact of Brotherhood The Pact of Brotherhood is a mutually established relationship between a clan that is already involved in a Treaty and LOA. It is the highest state of alliance, and as its name implies, clans that sign a Pact with LOA should be treated like brothers. Being a mutual concordance, each clan involved in the Pact should feel at home on the other’s server and website, and if at any time one clan in the Pact experiences troubles or difficulties of any kind, the other clan should make it a priority to assist them in any way possible. Information flow is also essential to the two clans involved in a Pact, and with the exception of highly-sensitive private information, each of the clans should always keep the other informed of any updates, changes, or events within their clan. Note that because this is a mutual agreement, any clan establishing a Pact with LOA will be expected to put LOA on the highest level of alliance within their own clan structure, if such exists. ---------------------------------------------------- Current Allies Pact of Brotherhood -=X-Clan-X=- «CoF» Concordance of Fealty Treaty of Friendship °HcC¤ Hazardous Cool Cats Edited by >|LOA|<T-RCX, Aug 28 2009, 03:06 PM.
