Khorne Daemonkin Draft House Rules; Attempt at designing rules for Khorne Daemonkin for a campaign

Hi- so... I'm new to Kill Team and I'm currently trying to come up with custom rules for a campaign. There are no formalised rules for Khorne Daemonkin yet, so I'm giving it a shot. I just came up with these adaptations last night and I'm intending to play test them with my opponent and agree on a balanced version for the campaign but I'd love to get the feedback from those more experienced with the HoR system on whether these are overpowered/underpowered.

This replaces the Legion tactics from the Chaos Space Marine list.

Khorne Daemonkin
Bloodletters may be taken as Core choices and Flesh Hounds as Special choices, using the profiles from Codex: Khorne Daemonkin. All other models (barring those listed below) must be taken from the Chaos Space Marines list, and all models eligible to take a Mark of Khorne must purchase it. Models with the Daemon unique special rule lose it and must purchase the Daemon of Khorne unique special rule at the cost of 1 additional point per model. A Khorne Daemonkin team may take Possessed Marines as a Core choice as well as Special.

The following models may not be selected when building a KDK list. Plague Marines/Champions, Noise Marines/Champions, Thousand Sons, Chaos Acolytes, Aspiring Sorcerers, Obliterators and Forgesmiths. Chaos Space Marines may not purchase Heavy Weapons as upgrades. Additionally no model may take the Veterans of the Long War USR.

Models may purchase items from the Chaos Space Marine Armoury following the restrictions set out in the Chaos Space Marine list as usual, with the following restrictions; Inferno Bolts, the Breath of Tzeentch, the Allure of Slaanesh, Combat Drugs, Cloud of Flies, Daemonic Name, the Tome of Hunger and the Staff of Warpfire may not be taken. Team Leaders may purchase an Axe of Khorne for 30 points, which has the weapon profile listed Codex: Khorne Daemonkin

The Chaos Boon table is replaced by the Blood Tithe table. All models must roll a D6 when they kill an enemy model. If the model was killed in the fight sub-phase of the Assault phase and +1 to the result on this table. If the model was killed in a challenge add +2 to the result on this table.

1. Unworthy Offering- No reward
2. Infernal Contempt- the model gains Adamantium Will until the start of its next turn
3. Unstoppable Ferocity- the model gains Feel No Pain until the start of its next turn
4. Apocalyptic Fury- the model gains +1 to its attacks profile until the start of its next turn
5. Hungry for the Fray- the model may run and charge in the same turn, until the start of its next turn
6. Instrument of the Blood God- the model gains the Rampage special rule until the start of its next turn
7. Daemontide- a minor daemon is summoned! A Bloodletter deep strikes within 9" of the model. It follows the usual rules for coming in from deep strike reserve in Kill Team Rules.

The Team Leader may choose to re-roll their result on the Blood Tithe Table
