Super minor little thing here, but I'd still like to have a definitive answer on it. If a Chaos Acolyte pays for the Aspiring Sorcerer upgrade, can the rest of the list still pay for a legion rule? Does the A.S. count as a Chaos Acolyte for army-wide Legion payment? I'm assuming yes on both accounts. The situation as I imagine it: The A.S. will not benefit from the rule, but say you wanted to play Black Legion- your valid paying selections will pay the Legion tax (1ppm), and the A.S. will as well (though not benefit himself obviously). The situation as it could be: The A.S., no longer strictly a 'Chaos Acolyte', does not pay the tax. Either the rest of the qualifying units can, or they cannot. What's the consensus? PS: I was a bit surprised that only one Chosen per army can select a special weap. Is that the case? |
