New Marines Codex Changes

Strictly speaking, most changes affect pricing, but in Kill team terms those can potentially be big changes

Techmarines are now Masters of the Forge without servo-harnesses already bought.
Assault marines don't come with jump packs by default.
Scouts are now WS and BS 4
Centurions are now 5 points cheaper.
vanguards can take power weapons for 5p instead of 15p
terminators are all 5p cheaper
Grav-cannons are now a heavy choice, with the gav-amp forcibly built in (i hate that part) for 35p.
An Armorium Cherub has big time potential here as a one use piece of war gear.

Chapter Tactics have changed, though right now they wrote a big fat honking glitch into them.

A lot of effort has been placed on marines in the HoR KT rules, so surely the new codex is of interest. At least enough to compel an update to the SM KT list?

Give it a few weeks. I wouldn't really rely on getting an update just days after the new codex hit.
