Apparently my Khorne Angels are sated at the start of a battle, because only 1 or 2 of them will have successfully rolled The Red Thirst. I see C:SM, C:CSM, and the Deathwatch Kill Team List all have specific chapter tactics/traits that are pretty consistent. (Except for having to roll for Blood Angels' Red Thirst for Deathwatch.) Instead of Rolling once per game at the start, I would amend the rule to rolling for The Red Thirst only for deployed models at the start of the Blood Angels player's turn the exact same way you'd roll at the beginning of the game - with the original HoR Kill Team rule of having the leader's Red Thirst causing other models to succumb on a 1-3 as well. Or not? Also for Deathwatch, the Blood Angel trait should have the models start with Fearless and Furious Charge, as if having succumbed already. This is to bring the Blood Angels Special Rules more inline consistently with C:SM and the other MEQ traits/tactics. Recap of the changes for The Red Thirst: 1. Roll for The Red Thirst every Blood Angels controlling player's turn. 2. Only Deployed models can roll for The Red Thirst - units in reserve via Deep Strike or in Reserve may not roll for The Red Thirst until they arrive on the board. What do you guys think?
