What do Tervigons come with as weapons? The only thing I can see a problem with is that vehicles will be difficult for you to deal wth.

So are those three squads of gants your troop choices? If so, you will have a shed load more to buy and paint with all those tervigons!

Dave is right, you will struggle to deal with any armour. Some armies look like fun things to field, but can be too one sided.

Carnies are good, so are tyrants/trygons. Anything monstrous will do against vehicles. Just don't forget regeneration.

Trygon Prime with Adrenal Glands and Regeneration.

Take 1 or 2 of these and watch your opponent panic when it shows up in the middle of his army.
If both of them arrive together, he's doomed ;)

with only 4 wounds, 3+ and T6, for spending that many points on a Carnifex, you might as well go for the Trygon Prime.

You get 2 extra wounds, 12 shots, re-rolls to hit in combat and the power to terrify your opponent when it pops up.
He's also Synapse, incase your Gaunts get a little too far away from the Tervigons.

234 points left..

Have you looked at a Zoanthrope brood for tank busting?
Are you avoiding any of the 'special character strains' on purpose, or is that just preference?

those questions out of the way, i'd put Catalyst on both Tervigons. It's a Psychic power that gives a nearby brood Feel No Pain.
pretty useful for a horde army like this.

Giving the Trygon Primes Adrenal Glands may sound a little unnecessary, but your making them I5 on the charge,
meaning they strike before marines, and have an easier time at cutting up Land Raiders.

If you do both of the above your looking at 184 points left, perfect for a brood of 3 Zoanthropes.

Another option is to take a pair of Tyranid Prime (HQ choice Warriors) to lead your Termagaunt Broods.

Equipped with Boneswords, Scything Talons and Adrenal Glands, they are 100 points each and will make a real mess of characters.
Putting them in a brood this big in effect gives them 30 ablative wounds when being shot at. It also means the brood won't be out of Synapse range, Ever.
