So having suffered a severe lack of mojo for a few months, I find myself recaptivated by an army I started a year or two back but did nothing with. Now I've given myself a buzz and am thouroughly enjoying myself once again. Times are hard for us gamers with everything becoming more and more expensive. So, the simple purpose of this thread is this..... What army is sat gathering dust on your shelf that you haven't touched in a long time? Is it time to put it on e-bay, or could it be that with a little mojo boost, it could be finished? |

Quite a few armies are just sat half done or with bits to finish. Very tempted at the moment to sell my Sisters of Battle, one of my Guard armies and my Blood Ravens plus all the ork bits I have. Happier painting my Dark Eldar and can't see me selling my Tau (due to mother in law connection), my Gatekeepers (as they are based around my first 40k Chapter), my Eldar (at the moment) or the Space Wolves (as I need them to give Gonzo the chance of a rematch). |

WFB Empire and DE. I want to paint them but there are few players round here and I just cant seem to get started.... (and the DA might be getting a book....) It also doesnt help that both armies were planned and purchaced around a sub optimal build.

I know the feeling Dean of finding it hard to finish an army knowing it won't get used as intended, as nobody I know round here games either. Or collects even. However on my shelf and in boxes I do have a decent sized WFB Tomb Kings army, with one or two bits finished for it. I have been invited to a friends stag do at WHW and they play Fantasy so that is the kick I need to do some more work on it I think! |

I have started my 'Nissan for such an event. I too have space wolves and a quartered red/yellow marine army to finish. One of these days....also a small guard army that's on the back burner. No eBay for these though. Not this time. Finances is the reason I went back to restart my FOW stuff: I already had a good two armies worth and with the addition of at least 2000pts of new GW minis I now have 5. Value for money. |

A Black Templar army, around 2000points, maybe more.... and a Valhallan army, about 2 platoons strength (minimum size) mixtured heavy weapons, with a steel legion squad as veterans I really want to do something wiht the valhallans, but maybe one day.... The templars are slowly getting loving, as I have to get used to looking at SM's and their points. I'm just too used to Guard with their cheap points and many numbers |

Well, I've got Tau, Guard, Marines, Renegades, Orks, Skaven, High Elves, Tomb Kings and Epic Guard. Can't bring myself to sell them, but it's not that long ago that I got rid of some stuff and the pile is going down. Eating into the fantasy stuff at the moment due to a mojo boost. Wish I could focus on one thing for longer than a week though! |

Armies that have no hope in hell of me painting any time soon - Tau, Skaven, High Elves, Lizardmen, Vampire Counts. Armies that could potentially get some love if i had the time and mojo - Soul Drinkers, Dusk Raiders, Grey Knights, Imperial Guard not really into the selling stuff lark, as I know that i will go back to fantasy eventually, just 8th edition has put me off it in its entirety at the moment |

I have my DK that I haven't touched since the bash 2 years ago and loads to paint for that but I never intend to sell it. And El D laughing at me at the recent bash that I hadn't painted the punisher I converted over 2 years ago has given me a bit of motivation to start painting it again, at least the tanks. I recently sold off all my DA and steel legion as I realised I had too many armies and were never going to get touched despite good intentions, partly as they were from a time when my painting was worse. I still have DK, red scorpion, renegade and elysian armies plus 2 FoW armies to work through. Seems to be all FW armies left now..... |

I SELL NOTHING! TIS HERESY! HERESY I TELL THEE!!!!! Well the obvious one for me ( and I am dabbling with them as some of have seen are the army box plus of DA I've had since the release of the last codex. Also have the space hulk set to paint! a platoon of vostroyans ( that will go a little napoleonic) a crap load of orks (very very low priority) some more Kroot ( could do with expanding the KT) and a few nids ( have a scheme I want to try) and 2 other Marine units Crimson fists and Red Hunters that are also in boxes napoleonic troops (must finish those if only as a display) and the WWII chappies this is of course asside from the IG oh dear lord.....  |

Space wolves (13th company for sure) are on my desk at work, largely due to the recent splash release, still waiting on my army painter uniform grey before I weigh in there though. Also empire, who I'm rebuilding and relocating (in the Old World, at least), so both my current armies are recycled  Suspect wolves will get 'finished' first as they're quicker per pt than empire.Just think, in a few weeks I might have A playable army...

Aren't they called skaven? I say MAN Already started last night on my 'nids (not 'nissan as iPad-fail auto corrected to earlier!), just so I can play agains said backseat jockey and possibly Keravin when I get back to that cold place you all call home. Being in work I'd get shredded and then burnt if I took pics where they are, so you'll just have to take my word until later  I wanna see something painted from Mortare, he's had months to get his mojo in order.
