The Foundation paint Hormagaunt Purple is pretty desaturated, try mixing that with some Regal Blue.

Otherwise i'd mix it from Regal Blue and Liche Purple to get the colour you need, then add Codex Grey a small amount at a time to desaturate it.

I think Fenris Grey might make the mix too light, but it really depends on what your painting. Whats it for?

If thats your base colour i'd probably glaze some purple into the shadows and add fortress grey to your base colour for highlights, that should keep it desaturated but keep some colour to it. If it ends up too desaturated you can always put some colour back in with a couple of blue glazes.
