right, the resin i am sure people use better qulity resin on the forum than what they use for their models, its very cheap resin they use, and i would be [tinkle]ed at buying a 2nd hand mini if it said new. re broken bits, yes you do get broken bits now and again, i mite of been from sitting on a shelf and load ppl picking it up to have a look or its how it was done and bag'd. looking forward to what you do with it all

Those bits of resin missing look more like thay didn't fill the mold enough (properly) or they had huge air bubbles.
I would be [tinkle]ed too... And the preasembled mini!!! Man that's just wrong...

Ring him up and ask for a new one, if he sent you a half built one that aint really on... like the truckapillar though!

That miscast engine just has a gaping bubble or something!

did talk to him thought he told me and he is diong a clear out of the stuff thats what i get from going through a third party. will order directly and not try to save on shipping or see if someone in the notts area could do a walk in pick up for me and mail them instead. *wink wink* *nudge nudge*

and like i think i have stated the resin isn't miss casted i found the broken off details in the bottom of the bag. slight up date as well

primed and ready for paint

As some may have heard i have been working with my kids to make minis to represent them on the table top for post apoc games well here they are assembled and a pic of the sample Curtis from ramshackle sent me this week for the armored bear with one of his bike riders instead of Ursa Major. The bear is a miscast but i feel it puts finecast resin to shame. please tell me what you think.

the bear is from ramshackle and the paper mat and the buildings are from this site http://www.toposolitario.com/workshop/ikube.html. they are a no glue terrain solution called ikubes they fold flat for storage take only 10 cuts and 8 folds so a few minutes per building so its very easy to populate a table.

link to the bear the converted rider on mine is one of ramshakles bikers http://shop.ramshacklegames.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=20&products_id=337

the truckapillar looks a bit beaten up but i guess its supposed to, really fits the idea of a post apocalyptic vehicle, looking forward to it getting some paint and rust
the ninja bloke has a big mold line from hand to hand that needs scraping off as it detracts from his sleekness

no problem Easy

@RADU LYKAN yeah i know i saw the mold line while i was painting and wasn't in the mood to go back and fix it plus its a gaming piece and not display so maybe if it wears out i will clean it up.
