Hmm I like it myself quite a heavy hitting and fast force indeed only comment I have is why not have one unit of gaunts be genestealers instead.

good point gun drone, i had enough frontal attackers to draw the enemy fire. Infiltrators are always good. List updated.

While I dont really have enough nid experience to poke holes in wargear options, I can note that you have very few troops. What happens if its an objective game and your gaunts and stealers get wiped out?

tervigon will be crapping out termagaunts until it rolls doubles. so theres more troops

But if the tervigon is killed feedback will decimate the termagaunts it spawned; If you're fighting IG then krak missiles, plasma, and lascannons can wound on a 3+ or 2+ and negate its armor save, battlecannons and demolishers do the same but the pie plates will wipe out the gaunts its spawning too.

A single squad of plasma vets would have 7* plasma shots and 18* lasgun shots (which still wound on a 6+) at 12".
*Assuming the squad has 3 plasmaguns and a plasma pistol, and the first rank fire order.

yes, focus massed fire on the one unit. ignore the 60 gargoyles and flyrant. i have plenty to kill with.

But thats not my point, if you lose the tervigon and the other troops to focused fire then you simply would not be capable of winning most games.

Thats how i would deal with them, kill the troops and anything that can produce troops. Works against armoured companies, works against nids. Then i'd be happy with a draw :)

They ill have to reserve the hormagaunts and stick the gesestealers in cover. By the second assault phase, you'll have been hit by the gargoyles and flyrant. With the swarmlord special rules, ther'll be more chance of the trygon arriving on turn 2 as well.

Yeah, maybe put them in a spore for a mid to late game objective grab. That could work.

What would I remove to make room for said warriors/ raveners? One fex and one hive guard?

I would say grab the best troop choice that 214 points will buy.

I'd say knock out a fex for another unit of troops purely objective grabbers because anyone who can keep calm when facing that list will just knock out your troops and then hope for a win

I'd play with a unit of Gants, take that Tervigon as a Troops choice (which makes the beasty scoring)
This also deals with the other thing you overlooked, you don't get 3 HQ slots in a Force Org Chart.

Your other Troops should be Genestealers, Hormagaunts are rather underpowered these days..
Keep the stealers in reserve to Outflank later, your Swarmlord will make sure they arrive sooner then later.
Consider adding Broodlords if you can find the room, as these are great tarpits for powerful enemy characters!!
Also the ability to drop everything nearby by 1 LD can be the difference between breaking them and not.

3 Shrikes will get shot, replace those with something tougher/ remove these to pay for the Termagants.
And last time I checked, Trygon Primes cost 240 points..

If it were me, i'd drop the 3 Carnifex entirely, replacing them with another pair of Trygon Prime.
Doing this will seriously improve your Synapse control network.
(not to mention having 3 T6 W6 Combat Monsters will make the opposition poop themselves)
