More T-34s needed!!!!! I read a report on the FOW website a lil while ago about running a 20 strong T-34 army and it looked scary. Ive looked at Shermans myself and although the gun on the A2 is good, they tend to pop too quickly for my liking when they get shot at. Got anymore infantry planned? Tankriders?:) |

Seeing nicely painted FOW makes me one sad panda for having not done anything to my FOW stuff for months :/ Good job on them, interested in seeing your list for them. What's the points value you are aiming for? Any historical specifics included? LvK |

Are you using the new Urban bases there GSM? I ordered some ages ago with Wayland and they are yet to even be dispatched. Looking forward to playing about with them when they do get here though. That is a lot of Russian tanks you have there! I should do some more with my FoW as well, got a few bits sitting undercoated just waiting for some paint. Perhaps it might happen this evening eh lol. But everything is looking good there, nice work. |

Just wait until you watch The Pacific (unless you already have), then you will want to model FOW US Marines. If only they actually did the Pacific theatre. One day I guess. |

@GSM: And what's the point level your are aiming at? I have currently 2000 pts of Schwere Panzer-Abteilung 503 so it means "King Tiger" goodiness Then again, I have not done anything to them since starting a thread for them: http://s3.zetaboards.com/The_Ammobunker/topic/7463547/1/#new Today actually bought Battlefron't Italian ruined monastery scenery piece. It's quite suitable item, plan to place it on a small hill with road leading to it etc. Hmmm... I think I will post my current up-to-date list in that thread now ![]() Keep us posted, LvK edit: I think there won't be Pacific for FoW as that theatre saw quite different type of action when compared to Europe. Jungle fighting would be quite difficult to depict on gaming board and then few island battles that were company or battalion level only might be too few to warrant miniatures and books of their own? Personally I have been eying the up-coming Japanese from Warlord Games' Bolt-Action range. And those already released plastic kits, eg. from Brits, look very good. AA All the way! Having concentrated mostly on armour in the FoW I have no clue how airborne operations work in FoW. Are they even possible ruleswise or is is always so that the troops have landed and then the action starts?Keep up the good progress! I hope to get some inspiration to paint mine as well. LvK |

Great FoW stuff, airbourne troops look ace. I've still got a US airbourne box in my draw I was inspired to buy after watching band of brothers. Once I've finished my US d-day landing force (inspired by saving private ryan) and my panzer grenadiers of course... How have you painted your shermans, are they just base coat, wash, drybrush? |
