Hello, Posted this on dakkadakka quite a while ago but never really got any feedback on it. Basically its some home made rules for battles between spaceships but on a 40k scale could be an extra dynamic for campaigns or games. Thought I'd post it here and see what people thought of it. Any feedback appreciated. |

Need to have a proper red through, but first impressions are that it is quite interesting. |

Interesting, think if your wanting to capture the feel of a boarding action you need to make it one sided. It's extremely rare in BFG that ships ever pull up along side each other and start fighting, normally a boarding action is the result of troops teleporting in or assault boats (that can carry 40 odd men) pulling up and disgorging troops to destroy guns or vital systems. Perhaps a better way to represent this would be to have one player play attackers and see how many points he can get and then to swap over? |
