i'd not seen the necrons with the coffee cup before. it made me lol.
She is wife to a local player with a wicked sense of humor. Says she can't get started without her resorb coffe either. Objective counters are two cakes and a pie.
Real or painted ones? :D
Now that everyone has forgotten and wont be back... A pie counter, not real pie:

With the risk of comitting the dual forum sins of thread necroing AND shameless self promotion, I have to push for the idiots of warhammer, a brief guide that will explain the most common types of stupidity you will encounter in wargaming, and how to deal with them.

Including the "counts as" idiot (not to be confused with the "counts [arse]" idiot), the twink and the rules lawyer (and what exactly is the difference between them), and ofcourse the smelly guy.

My appologies if this kind of self promotion isn't acceptable, but it IS relevant to the topic :)

Why thank you. I've actually updated it with a piece of warhammer 40k humor about how the horus heresy started.

Got some stuff coming about tau and the greater good as well, if only the great necron monster (that is to say, my job) can be temporarily beaten back.

For the same reason I made Russ a bully who gets knocked out, night haunter a goth, Lorgarn a neglected kid and horus a rebellious teen: I thought it'd be funny.

But if you look at it, the blood angels are def. the 'pretty boys' among the space marines. They're very artistic, creating music and beautiful banners. And alot of their rites involve the drinking of body fluids. It was either gay or goth, and I was using the goth thing for night haunter already.

Commisars should always be ready with a power hug and, if that fails, a bullet to the head!

Work has been kicking my [arse] recently, but because I get to travel in my job, I do have some downtime where I can write. The result? Warhammer 40k humor: greater good gone bad! Hope someone enjoys it :)
