Hey guys need a little help,

I was buying a Hive Tyrant for one of my mates for his birthday. Now, one of my friends have already jumped the gun and bought him one so now I am stuck with a Hive Tyrant I don't really want. Its still awaiting on stock at Wayland Games, but I can't seem to find the Cancellation button.

I've sent them a message via the helpdesk too to cancel it, but does anyone else have any experience in canceling orders from these guys?

Cheers,

DK

I think the helpdesk is the way to go, i've not cancelled an order before but I did have issues logging in and it was all sorted via the help desk. They are a helpful bunch and reply pretty quickly so you should hear from them in the morning.

Is there not an option on the order history? or your account option?

I couldn't find an option for cancellation on the order history or account. Seems a little poor to me, as I can cancel things with ease on play.com with a click of a button.

Lets hope they are helpful, I don't want to end up with a Tyrant thats not meant to be bought for me!

Cheers,

DK
