Hey guys, sorry for my abrupt departure from the forums. For health reasons I had to take a break from most of the Online world. So I could focus on getting myself back into a healthy state. I have had to change things up, as my non-work life was way too sedentary for my own good. I had to also limit my painting and modeling too, which was rough after 30 years of doing it at will.

I just got back from a check up of my health and whoopee I’m now healthier than I have been in years. I have learned a lot of great time management skill along the way, so I should be able to balance my new healthy regiment and have time to get back to painting and modeling.

So I’m back now, maybe not as often as I used to be, but back none the less.

Cheers,
Jim

Good to hear mate. Toy soldiers are less important than continued health, but I'm sure we all look forward to new work from you irrespective of how sporadic it is. Welcome back, chap!

Dave out.

yes indeed welcome back, and there is probably a warning to all we more Mature types here, the too sedentary bit does ring a chord. New year approaches time to get rid of the Poo bear belly!
Hope its all under control and heres looking to your continued health and some great BDJV work :)

Thanks again guys! Old Guard is right, we older chaps in the mid life or older category really need to take stock of ourselves and make the healthy choices. Because our youthful recovery systems slow down as we age.

I'm now off for my daily 2 mile walk.

Seize you later! ;)

Toy soldiers won't keep you alive, so good on you for taking time to sort yourself out - wish I had that self discipline.
